Refund Policy
The Custom Real Estate Swag accepts returns of non-personalized items within 5 days of customer receipt for a refund. Returns made between 5 and 15 days will receive store credit.
Shipping and taxes will not be refunded. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by contacting customer service emailing sue@customrealestateswag.com . Items returned multiple times will only be eligible for store credit. Returns without an RA number will not be processed. Returns due to a verifiable manufacturer's defect or production error must follow proper return procedure. Refunds will take 7-14 business days to process and be issued as a check.
Returns after 15 days will not be accepted. Standard logo only items can be returned, but North Face products, promotional products, and personalized items with personal names or Market Center logos will not be accepted unless they contain a production error. All pre-orders are final and non-refundable.
The Custom Real Estate Swag accepts exchanges of non-personalized items within 15 days of customer receipt. Exchanges made between 15 and 30 days will receive store credit. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
All exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by contacting customer service at 713-962-91956 or emailing sue@customrealestateswag.com . Items received without an RA number will not be processed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for both sending the item back to the store and for the store to ship the exchanged item back to the customer. Exchanges due to a verifiable manufacturer's defect or production error must follow proper exchange procedure.
No personalized item(s) will be accepted for exchange unless it contains a production error by Our Staff.
Cancellation Policy
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all canceled orders per item. An order is considered "placed" or "live" as soon as you receive your confirmation and order number.
By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you are agreeing to this policy.
Any orders that are returned in full will fall under the cancellation policy and be charged half price per item for the return. Taxes and freight charges are not refundable.
All Pre-Orders are special ordered and cannot and will not be Returned or Refunded under any circumstances.
